Analytic Services
At Sabragen, we are committed to breaking the bottlenecks that hinder progress and scientific breakthroughs. One such bottleneck is the ability of companies to assess, develop, and refine biomarkers effectively. Developing biomarkers is a complex and iterative process that can be both time-consuming and expensive. Moreover, biomarker development is often shrouded in mystery with no way to revisit and refine the process to generate it once completed.
With our analytic services, companies can reduce the time and resources required for biomarker development, enabling them to break through this bottleneck and accelerate scientific progress. With reproducibilty in mind from the start, we ensure a transparent, development process that can be replicated and iterated upon in the future.
Let us empower you to achieve your goals, unlock new discoveries, and ultimately contribute to a better world.

Reproducibility
How many breakthroughs are hindered by the inability to replicate what has been done successfully in the past? A 2016 Nature survey found that only 30% of scientific studies could be reproduced with most labs unable to reproduce even their own analyses¹. This finding has dire implications for science, a domain built upon the foundation of reproducibility.
Ideally each investigation develops new tools that can be easily replicated, tweaked, and built upon for subsequent studies. However, in reality, it is rare for analytics to be run by multiple people in the same lab, let alone across different institutions. Time passes, personnel move on, and even the original lab cannot rerun or build upon their own studies. Most scientists simply do not possess the skills required to configure their tools and analyses to run seamlessly across multiple systems.
At Sabragen, we recognize the critical importance of reproducibility and offer a service to help labs and institutions make the code for their tools and analyses reproducible, laying the foundation for further scientific breakthroughs.
We believe every study should be the beginning of an investigation, not the end of one.
